Why is my first bill higher than expected?
Your first bill is a pro-rota bill this means you will be billed from the date you went active plus your normal standard month for example, the live date was 28th August so your bill at the end of September would be for 3 days of August plus all of September.
Why can I not receive calls?
Have you accidental pressed your DND (Do Not Disturb) button on your device or do you have your mobile twinned to your desktop which may be turn off if so turned your mobile on in order to receive calls.
How do I set up my voicemail?
Simply press your message icon on your device which will take you to your voicemail, it will ask you to enter your voicemail pin, once you have done this listen to the options provided to set up your voicemail greeting.
